We aim to process all orders within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand. While we work efficiently to get your Mo-Bcart ready for shipment, we never compromise on quality. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timeline & Delays

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the address you provided. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur—especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your Mo-Bcart arrives safely and on time.

Responsibility After Shipping

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to them. Mo-Bcart is not liable for any issues that may arise during transit, including loss, damage, or theft.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your Mo-Bcart’s journey from our factory to your doorstep. If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate assistance.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. Production begins almost immediately to ensure timely delivery, and each cart is built specifically for you. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.
