We are a small local manufacturing business that builds to order and requires the funds from orders to operate our business daily. All orders are seen as handmade items and a service of building components together to offer a Mo-Bcart solution to you, the customer. Because of this, all sales are final.
When you complete your order it this is seen as your understanding and signature of this agreement.
Once purchase is made, you agree that you have waived your right to dispute, perform a chargeback or perform any other action than work with us through the Customer Care Policy mentioned here to resolve any issue with your purchase.
Customers are required to contact Mo-Bcart through the Contact page (or replying to automated store confirmation email) to resolve any issues or concerns before considering any alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Mo-Bcart and within reasonable time is considered a violation of this agreement and may result in the loss of future purchasing privileges and potential legal action.

Operational Guidelines
Users must adhere to the following operational guidelines while using Mo-Bcart products:
•    DO NOT exceed the Mo-Bcart weight load capacity listed on the product information and on the website.
•    DO NOT pull the cart to move it while the Wheel Hub Adapters are fixed to the gearboxes. This action can result in damage to the gearboxes and immediately voids any assistance from Mo-Bcart.
•    DO NOT operate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
•    DO NOT ride on any Mo-Bcart products or carry any person(s) or animal(s) in the Mo-Bcart.
•    Limit operatation on pavement, gravel, or surfaces other than sand. Operating on non-sand surfaces may cause unwanted wear on tires and gearboxes.
•    NEVER operate in unintended ways.
•    Only use the product for hauling small items within the limited capacity specified on our website: https://Mo-Bcart.com
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including termination of product use and/or voiding the warranty of individuals found to be in violation of these guidelines.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that use of our Service/products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
At Mo-Bcart, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our electric carts.
Coverage
Our warranty covers for THREE MONTHS from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any components or parts of your Mo-Bcart that are found to be defective.
Warranty Claims Process
If you believe your Mo-Bcart requires warranty service:
1.    Fill out a Contact request form and leave a detailed description of the issue.
2.    Our team will assess the claim.
3.    If approved, we will arrange repair or replacement.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
•    Misuse, abuse, or negligence
•    Accidents or unauthorized modifications
•    Normal wear and tear
•    Use outside intended purpose
Tampering with, modifying, or making any unauthorized changes to the control panel, wiring, electrical system, structural hardware, or frame of your Mo-Bcart product will immediately void your warranty. Customers are only permitted to make modifications if explicitly authorized by Mo-Bcart.
If the same issue continues to arise due to tampering or misuse, Mo-Bcart reserves the right to refuse future parts sales and service.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Mo-Bcart be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from use of our products.
Mo-Bcart reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
In no case shall Mo-Bcart, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or consequential damages of any kind.
